Are your gift boxes limited edition?

Most Saint Bronx collections are produced in small quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Will I receive the exact items shown?

In most cases, yes. Occasionally, limited-run products may become unavailable. If a substitution is necessary, it will always be of equal or greater value, and you will be made aware in advance of shipping.

Do you ship nationwide?

Currently, we ship within the United States.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email.

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of many products we sell, most purchases are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
